FineArt has been granted CMMI Maturity Level 2 official certificate. On August 16th, 2007, the RD center of FineArt Technology has been granted CMMI Maturity Level 2 official certificate and formally registered in SEI database.
The general manager of HermeSoftware Corp., Li-Ru Chou takes part as the leader appraiser. She points out that FineArt’s products are located in distinct genre in this field. They accumulated full confidence in leading technique. All staff is strongly motivated to carry on the quality improvement and put CMMI into effect. The rich result of their efforts is quite impressive.
FineArt Technology is a professional software research and development company, featuring in cutting-edge technique and profession quality. Their products are representative of the breadth of high technique. Handwriting recognition and fingerprint recognition software, data compressor, encryption/decryption, license, and applications of PKI, database, and network are all included. They are also winning several national awards. In last year, X-FORT was granted Best Choice of COMPUTEX TAIPEI Award. TotalSecurityFort won the 13th Small and Medium Enterprise Innovation Award. Also fingerprint applications were approval of Outstanding I.T. Applications/Products Award. The newly released product, Big Lock was selected to represent Taiwan for Global Connect Program 2006.
For upgrade of research and development, FineArt has been commencing to implement CMMI since the middle of 2006. HermeSoftware provided us consultation service. Based on CMMI regulations, we scrutinized original procedures and output to obtain improvement. CMMI ML2 marks as an essential milestone. FineArt will continue to carry out CMMI ML3 and increase our efficiency. We will present the products with the most excellence for customers worldwide.
