E-mail Protection
Big Lock integrates Outlook and Outlook Express and requires public keys from various users. The encrypted E-mail contents and attachment files can only be opened by those with private keys and mis-sent e-mails can not be read by receivers as the encrypted e-mails are fully secured.

File Protection
| The powerful-on-the-fly encryption/decryption uses the reliable and state-of-the-art AES encryption technique that protects files without the need to change user habits. It features file decryption on saving, and file decryption on opening. In addition, batch encryption/decryption is provided.
The one and only public keys from companies is a secure encryption technique against cryptanalysis. The MIS decrypts all encrypted files left behind by a former employee or when the password is forgotten.

Password Manager
Group passwords are randomly produced to prevent hacker invasion and passwords are saved on the group password management interface. Passwords are also secured by encrypted password files and files are retrieved by a group password.

Data Sharing
Pre-set groups and group members may share encrypted e-mails and files. (e.g. Financial Department may share financial statements and mis-sent items cannot be read by the receivers.)
